This Privacy Policy is applicable to the Win a Trip to Spain Contest (the “Contest” being operated at http://www.prgresearch.com/daytrip
(This Contest is being managed by Aviawest Resorts Inc. the “Sponsor”).

The Sponsor respects the privacy of its customers and will protect that privacy as vigorously as commercially feasible. The Sponsor only collects personal information on a voluntary basis. Because of the nature of the Contest, there may be occasions where specific personal information is requested before an individual can enter certain sections of the Contest. For example, registration is needed to allow the Sponsor to acknowledge and communicate with all entrants in the Contest, in particular the winners of the contest. The Sponsor will collect only information that is voluntarily provided by the user and will make every reasonable effort to ensure that such information will be kept strictly confidential.

Personal information provided by entrants will only be used to:

Effectively consider each valid entrant for the contest prizes
Send messages that might be of interest if an entrant has voluntarily opted in for such information
Communicate by telephone, email or mail, the benefits of the Sponsor’s products and services
Provide follow up information once the Contest has ended

Individual information provided to the Sponsor only to gain access to any feature of the Contest will not be sold or made available to a third party. The Sponsor does reserve the right, however, to perform statistical analyses of entrant or “user” behaviour and characteristics, in order to measure interest in and use of the various sections of its sites so as to improve design in navigation and to gather marketing information. As well, users should be aware that certain non-personal information and data may be automatically collected by the Sponsor through the operation of what are called “cookies”. Cookies are small text files that identify an individual user entering a web site. They allow the Contest to “remember” the entrant and track that entrant’s movement through the Contest over several sessions. Through cookies, the Contest will recognize repeat users, facilitate the user's access to and use of the Contest and allow the Contest to track usage behaviour so as to permit content improvements. The Sponsor may use cookies only for the above-mentioned purposes and will not use them to identify users.
