Jason is the CFO of Physicians Research Group. He brings over 20+ years of healthcare administration experience to the organization. He brings a strong background in finance, business development, operational improvement, and customer service to PRG. Jason received his master’s degree from the University of Phoenix in 2001 with a concentration on healthcare administration. He is an active member of the Medical Group Managers Association , American Academy of Professional Coders, American Society for Reproductive Medicine, Association of Reproductive Managers, and a Certified Medical Practice Executive with the American College of Medical Practice Executives.

Robert Wallace, BS, CCRC
Chief Executive Officer
Robert Wallace is the CEO at Physicians Research Group (PRG). Robert founded PRG in late 2014 with the vision of providing clinical trials as a care option to physicians and patients alike. Robert has over 12 years of clinical research management, business development, and healthcare experience. He received two Bachelor of Science degrees from Arizona State University in Molecular Biology and Molecular Biosciences and Biotechnology. Robert is a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator and is a member of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals, the Society of Critical Care Medicine and the AZBio Association.
Nicole Mills, BA, CCRC
Clinical Operations Manager
Nicole is a results-driven healthcare professional with over 9 years of experience in the research field having successfully completed over 140 clinical trials. As PRG's Operations Manager, she is responsible for executing clinical projects and research operations. Her excellent communication and team-building skills always lead to successful patient recruitment, marketing, and business development. Nicole graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Health Studies in 2007 and is currently enrolled in Masters of Clinical Research Management with anticipated graduation in 2017. She is an active member of ACRP Phoenix Chapter, serving as President since 2015, and Vice President 2013-2014.
Amanda Feczko, RN
Regulatory Affairs Manager
Amanda Feczko joined Physicians Research Group in 2014 with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the medical and research field. Prior to graduating nursing school with high distinction in 2011 where she also minored in biological sciences, she was nationally certified and registered as an Emergency Medication Technician. As a Registered Nurse she has worked in a variety of specialties including Neurological, Acute trauma/surgical care and fertility treatment.
Amanda’s intense attention to detail and thoroughness make her a key asset to the PRG team. Amanda specializes in regulatory and FDA compliance as well as implementing and improving PRG’s quality assurance programs. Amanda is a true cowgirl at heart always looking to ride her beautiful horses in her free time.
Kristina Bauer, PA-C
Board Certified Physician Assistant
Kristina joined PRG in 2014 as our resident Physician Assistant. Kristina is a highly skilled, board certified practitioner specializing in Women’s Health. She received her Bachelor of Science in Cardio-pulmonary Sciences degree from the University of Central Florida. Her love of warm, but less humid, weather brought her to Arizona, where she received her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University, in Mesa. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, running (she’s run 10+ marathons), wake boarding, surfing, and snowboarding. Kristina loves to spend weekends with her husband on the boat or watching football if they aren’t traveling.Ms. Bauer takes special care to maintain open lines of communication with our patients, patient partners/spouses, and treating physicians. Feedback from our patients is that, “Ms. Bauer is sensitive, compassionate, and very understanding,” as patients are guided through their individualized treatment process.
Jilanne Rose, DNP, ANP-C
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
Dr. Jilanne Rose, ANP-C is our board-certified doctorate adult nurse practitioner specializing in Cardiology. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1996 and went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in 2004 and DNP in 2017. Jilanne is Phoenix Metros only Nurse Practitioner that has been trained extensively by a Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgeon, an Interventional Radiologist, and an Interventional Cardiologist. She is highly regarded by patients and physicians who seek her out because of her expertise in vein disease, her commitment to compassionate care, and her excellent success rates.

Lexie King, BS
Clinical Research Coordinator
Lexie joined Physicians Research Group in 2015 as a clinical research coordinator. Lexie graduated from The University of Arizona with a Bachelors of Science degree in physiology with a minor emphasis on psychology. Lexie’s passion for the medical field and, research in particular, came from a medical brigade trip to Panama where she volunteered in a local hospital. Lexie holds experience in conducting phase II – IV clinical trials in Dermatology, Fertility, and Podiatry. She is compassionate and dedicated to helping patients in need. You can always find Lexie at the gym or spending time with her family or her cat Randall.
Nicole "Nikki" Marshell
Clinical Research Coordinator
Nikki joined Physicians Research Group in 2017 as a Clinical Research Assistant. A 2011 Medical Assistant graduate from Carrington College, Nikki was introduced to clinical research and found her passion. Over the past several years, she has successfully participated in over 45 studies. She was immediately drawn to PRG’s cross-functional research model to understand the mechanisms of disease biology and drug actions. Her calm manner, attention to detail, and drive to be a part of identifying new medications and therapies make her a perfect addition to the PRG team.
Clinical Research Coordinator
Jade recently joined PRG in 2017 following an amazing tenure at Mayo Clinic Arizona and Phoenix Children's Hospital. Jade has participated in well over 400 clinical research studies from start-to-finish. Her organization skills, attention to detail, and dedication to continuing education make Jade an amazing addition as we expand our research program.
Shannon is a phlebotomist and lab technician with over 15 years of extensive experience in the medical field. Shannon cares deeply for her patients and understands the stress and anxiety that can occur while providing a blood sample. What her peers have to say, “Shannon is a valuable asset to PRG.
